After more than a decade working across international organizations, such as United Nations, corporations and small business environments, Founder and Principal Lorena Baboci saw firsthand the critical role that strong financial management plays in the success and sustainability of organizations.
Many nonprofit organizations and growing enterprises lacked access to experienced financial leadership—not because it wasn’t needed, but because it wasn’t always accessible. Service at the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism included responsibility for analyzing performance across global initiatives with cumulative budgets above $457 million. Working alongside senior leaders and program managers, our founder strengthened transparency, sharpened resource allocation, and helped ensure the programs.
Formal training in PRINCE2 program management, SAP, and business intelligence dashboards underpins our methodical, data-informed style.
